I began my career in photography at the age of 5. I vividly recall spending hours in the darkroom assisting my uncle, famed Wilmington photographer Francesco Conforti, learning about composition, exposure, dodging, and other terms I didn't quite understand. Uncle Frank was my inspiration and I've been behind the camera ever since, shooting topics ranging from Weddings to Wars.
For me creativity, energy and expression are the driving forces during an assignment. But I've learned that it is the collaboration with the client or model that determines the true success of a shoot. |
